Educational organizations, whether public or private, have a
unique set of criteria for the design and construction process. Bastien is experienced in all phases of this type of work, including working within the complex, sometimes political circumstances of
educational capital improvement projects. Gary Bastien, AIA sits on the advisory board of Chapman University's School of Film and Television, and has worked on numerous facilities for colleges and
universities across the country. In addition, Jim Kier, our Director of Architecture, has completed numerous public projects under highly politicized circumstances.
