Concept and schematic design in partnership with Eisenman Architects for a integrated state-of-the-art convention center,
sports, and 1,250 room hotel facility. The convention center will provide 500,000 square feet of exhibition space with meeting
rooms, ballroom, food services, business center, administrative offices, and support spaces. The sports facility is designed for
flexibility to function as a professional and collegiate football and soccer stadium with 66,500 seats for Arizona Cardinals NFL football events expandable to 77,500 seats for a Super Bowl or World Cup.
Rose Bowl Improvements, Pasadena, California Design and construction for a $22 million of facility improvements, including new videoboards, score boards, restrooms,
seating, and ADA accessibility upgrades.
Mission Viejo Minor League Baseball Stadium, Mission Viejo, California
Design of a new $6 million minor league baseball stadium on the campus of Saddleback College. This facility will serve the
college as well as becoming the new home of the Vigilantes minor league baseball team. The completed stadium will have 4
,500 box, view, and general admission seats plus 3 suites and 500 additional lawn seats.
Qualcomm/Jack Murphy Stadium Expansion and Renovation, San Diego, California
Design and program management for the design/build expansion of a 10,000 seat stadium which will prepare the stadium for
the 1998 Superbowl by increasing the total seating to 71,076. This multi-use facility is the home of the San Diego Chargers,
the San Diego Padres, the San Diego State University Aztecs, as well as to provide an avenue for concerts, conventions, Gold
Club Soccer, and other major events. The construction cost of this $38.5 million facility includes new club seating with upscale
food & beverage service, new office space, 110 new luxury suites, and a renovated press box.
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, Oakland, California
$70 million design/build project featuring a 24,000 seat expansion, renovation, and construction of 190 suites, and the addition of a 40,000 s.f.. football club.

Hi Corbett Field, Tuscon, Arizona Design and construction for the renovation and expansion of the spring training facility fir the Colorado Rockies professional
baseball team and the home field for the Tucson Toros. Upgrades included expansion of seating to 10,000 with grandstand
extensions on the first and third base sides, improvements to the visiting team locker room, and home team club house.
Cougar Stadium, Provo, Utah 30,000 seat expansion, loge and press box
Anaheim NFL Stadium, Anaheim, California Master plan and concept design for a $500 million NFL mixed-use venue to be located between the Pond arena and Edison
Field baseball park flanking the 57 freeway and the Santa Ana river. Project includes a 65,000 seat state-of-the-art football
stadium, Themed Retail, a 1,000 car parking structure, 200,000 s.f. office building, a 500 key hotel, and a Metro Rail station.
Arkansas Razorback Stadium Expansion, Fayetteville, Arkansas
The design of this 20,000 seat expansion which includes classrooms and support spaces linking the facility to the university quad won an AIA Honor Award in 1998 from the New York Chapter, AIA.
Convention Centers San Diego Convention Center Expansion, San Diego, California
Design of a $185 million, 1,000,000 s.f.. building expansion which will more than double the size of the facility. The state-of-the-art expansion design will blend with the trademark sails of the existing landmark structure but will have a character of its
own.
Glendale Civic Auditorium/Convention Center, Glendale, California
Design of a 54,000 s.f. historic auditorium and convention center renovation optimizing and improving the facility function and
operations as a regional convention and show venue. Project includes upgrades for mechanical, electrical, fire and life safety,
ADA accessibility, seismic reinforcement, asbestos abatement, and significant architectural enhancements.

work includes 140,000s.f. exhibition hall, 30,000 s.f. ballroom, new food service facilities, 20,000 s.f. meeting rooms, as well as renovation of the existing facilities.
